On Monday, Joe Biden, Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, said that he was considering 4 Black ladies to appoint his running mates, and has been getting extensive selection briefings about each candidate.

Biden said that he is receiving 2 hours selection report on individually his potential choices and that he and his group have gone through around 4 applicants, thus far. After this, when he gets all the selection done of all the applicants, then he is going to narrow that list, and then they will see. Later, he will have personal debates with each of the applicants who are left and then make a final decision.
Joe Biden is considering an extensive layer of applicants to be his running mate, after promising earlier this year to choose a lady for the job. A media outlet, CNN, formerly claimed that Kamala Harris, Sen. of California, Val Demings (Rep. of Florida), Keisha Lance Bottoms (Mayor of Atlanta), Susan Rice (former Obama administration national security adviser) and Karen Bass (Rep. of California) are among the Black lady being considered.
The discussion in the Democratic Party over illustration on the presidential ticket has improved over the last few months, and after above than a month of protests against racism across the country, some of the external groups have advised Joe Biden to choose a Black lady.
