The initial COVID-19 wave is not completed yet. Around half of the US states confirming upsurge in new Coronavirus cases. Health officials said that more young bodies are testing positive for COVID-19 in the South. Moreover, all across the country, specialists are still repeating warnings and forcing them to practice social distancing along with face masks.

Health officials described that at some point, we could say that rise in the number of cases is a result of more testing in the states, but that’s not a complete picture.
A health specialist at the California Pacific Medical Center, Dr. Shoshana Ungerleider, says that more testing turns out more Corona cases. However, if extensive testing were the complete cause for the upsurge in cases, you would expect to observe the quantity of positive tests fall at the very minimum remain steady, we are not observing that.

She added that this has nothing to make more COVID testing and all to do with behavior. Furthermore, she described that we should talk to people about wearing face masks, follow the guidelines, stay at home, washing their hands frequently, and avoiding unnecessary gatherings.
CDC going to update guidelines to avoid COVID-19
A senior official told a media company, CNN, that as negotiations take place, the United States Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, tells it is going to create an updated-guidelines regarding people’s health advantages on face masks.
Thus far, CDC has directed a scientific analysis on that topic and one of the senior officials with proper knowledge of that scientific review says that researchers and analysts are searching weather face masks are not just good for source control, and making you from delivering it to other people, but we are also observing if face masks protect you from receiving Coronavirus yourself.
23-states facing increase in new cases
Around twenty-three states are facing a higher number of newly confirmed Corona cases while comparing to their previous week results, reported by Johns Hopkins University. These states are Nevada, California, Washington, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Delaware, Hawaii, and Florida.
Since the inception of the pandemic Coronavirus, the number of cases hospitalized with COVID-19 is the highest in California. On Saturday, all across the state, around 3,574 COVID-19 patients were hospitalized. Besides this, since the beginning of the pandemic, California reported the maximum new COVID cases in a single day that were 4,515.
