Due to Twitter outage because of many high-profile official accounts being hacked, President Trump said on Facebook that he is happy to declare that Bill Stepien has been upgraded to play the role of President’s Campaign Manager.
President Trump said that Brad Parscale, who helped on 2016 campaign as a digital director, and sources describe that he has been breathlessly devoted and loyal to President Trump but politically over Parscale’s head, will hold his lead to digital and data planning.
On Tuesday, during a private gathering at the White House, Mr. President provided the role of campaign manager to Stepien. In late May, Stepien was raised to deputy campaign manager.
