The CARES Act 2020 and the American Rescue Plan 2021 are two huge spending packages offered by the United States Congress in response to the Coronavirus epidemic. These spending packages are being implemented by local and states governments to reteach employees for the job market after the pandemic.

Retraining mainly focus on information systems
The US state, Delaware, introduced an institution for job training utilizing fifteen million dollars that the state acquired through the CARES Act 2020. Furthermore, Darren Blackston described that retraining or reteaching has mainly focused on health care, trades in which advanced training is required rather than a college degree, and information systems.
He added that they have nursing assistant packages, they have medical coding and billing, they have a lab. Blackston said that they have all those things; if people want to attain a nursing certificate, then they have a chance to do that via their degree side of the program. He concluded by saying that so whatever people are searching for, we ensure that we can offer that training.
Coronavirus essential employees in Michigan were provided free community college. So, this program was also backed under the CARES Act.
The director of the Michigan Economic Center, John Austin, said that the pickup has been rapid and huge and has instant effects because people are now registered in community college. He continued that they are going to be getting a skill that permits them to take the jobs that do exist, in which there is a higher demand for employees and workers in many sectors. He said that it permits them to get equipped intently.
