On Thursday, Governor Ned Lamont declared that Connecticut state is going to eliminate all capacity restrictions on particular businesses, which include offices, gyms, and worship houses, resuming 19th March. Libraries, retail businesses, restaurants, personal services, gyms, fitness centers, indoor recreation facilities, zoos, aquariums, museums, houses of worship, and offices will all have their capacity restrictions repealed.

- The state will allow outdoor entertainment parks, open indoor arenas at the capacity of ten percent and surge occupancy at outdoor event places to fifty-percent capacity.
