Joe Biden, the United States President, is looking to relax trade rigidities with European partners when he devotes his last day to meet Western democracies prior to his long-awaited and highly expected summit with Vladimir Putin (Russian President).

After making appearances in a couple of meetings with G7 or Group of Seven leaders in the United Kingdom and after this, with NATO members in Brussels, American President met Tuesday with Charles Michael (European Council President) and Ursula von der Leyen (European Commission President).

Joe Biden has strived to align massive European support for his struggles to counter Vladimir Putin ahead of his Wednesday summit in Geneva. Moreover, the EU-U.S. bond isn’t without some tensions.

Give me a break, I need time – Joe Biden

The United States president is not likely to direct any action on the taxes ahead of his tour to Geneva. On Sunday, he described that he required more time to handle the case as asked by a news reporter regarding the taxes during the press conference at the end of the Group of Seven meetings. Joe Biden explained, a hundred and twenty days, give me a break, and I need time.

At present, the regulators of the White House believe they can make more friendliness with European countries prior to his face-to-face summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

On Tuesday, the White House declared that the formation of a combined EU-US trade and tech council. Furthermore, the trans-Atlantic council is going to operate on coordinating rules for quantum computing, AI (artificial intelligence), bio technologies, and coordinating struggles on boosting supply chain flexibility.

Besides this, Joe Biden is assigning Antony Blinken (Secretary of State), Gina Raimondo (Commerce Secretary), and Katherine Tai (American Trade Representative) to assist the American side of the effort.
