On Thursday, Sen. Marco Rubio described that if the White House orders a domestic travel restriction because of the spread of variant of Coronavirus in U.S. states such as California and Florida, that would be unconstitutional and will be challenged successfully.
On Fox News’ “Fox and Friends,” the Republican of Florida said that the day after former President Trump declared a travel ban on China, President Joe Biden described that it was no time for his xenophobia. He added that the President apparently considering a travel restriction in the U.S. is duplicitous.
Sen. Marco Rubio said that Andrew Cuomo, New York Governor, had faced criticism at the time when he planned a travel ban in the starting days of the Coronavirus pandemic, but now the White House is demonstrating that there has been a double standard.
Rubio even showed that Florida had topped other places numbers in hospital rates and the number of cases, vaccine distribution, and many more.

Resuming education system
On Tuesday, a statement from Jen Psaki (Press Secretary) said that the Joe Biden Administration is now trying to open the education system that may be one day in a week. Rubio said that he does not control schools, and the most he can do is put pressure to act on that he has to take on the teacher’s union, which is the main part, he does not want to do it. He added what they did was go out and check what most school districts are previously doing and say that this is the goal so we can claim success.
Marco Rubio even stated on the evidence being exhibited in the impeach trial against Donald Trump (former President), recognizing that the event that happened on 6 January on the Capitol building was outrageous, deadly, and criminal. He said that it could have been worse.
Besides this, Rubio described that the question is whether an impeachment for Donald Trump, which was planned to remove a president from service, is appropriate in this case.
